Frame Number Finder

Frame Numbers   This photo shows the locations for the Arch Motors Frame Number.  The number is stamped in the upper left frame rail end plate, at the upper shock mount, where the engine compartment Y-brace attaches. 

Additionally, the Frame Number is stamped on the underside of the engine Compartment Y-brace, just to the right of the right gearbox mounting bolt.

Here is a close up of the end plate, showing "AM 151".

A location for Y-brace number stampings on the 51's is shown below.

The Y-brace number would be adjacent to the upper left frame rail end plate, at the upper shock mount.  Both visible from the rear of the car

Note, if the frame has a heavy or multiple layers of paint or if the frame has been powder coated, the stampings may not be easily visible.  As can be seen in some of the above photos, the numbers were not visible until the paint was stripped.
