The most recent addition to our family is Tru Minute, a 1998 APHA Black Tobiano
Mare. Her Sire was Tru Bruiser, APHA World and Reserve World Champion Sire
and Congress Champion Sire with ROMs in Halter and Western Pleasure and
Points in Heeling; by Painted Tru Tru, APHA World and Reserve World Champion
and Congress Champion Sire and Grandsire with ROMS in Heading, Heeling and
Racing and Points in Halter and Steer Stopping, and out of Lily Quadrille, 2-Time
APHA World Champion and APHA Reserve World Champion.
Tru's Dam, Alena Minute, is an own daughter of the great legendary Hall of Fame
cutting horse Doc O'Lena, the only horse ever to win all go-rounds and the finals at
an NCHA Futurity (1970), Sire of 36 AQHA Futurity Finalists and the first Futurity
Winner to Sire a Futurity Winner.
Tru is now in training under the guidance of Jess Elrod of Krum, Texas and will
be competing in Reining, Heading, Heeling and Steer Stopping.
